Laminated for durability, each card has a Feelz printed on both sides for easy access. Cards are designed to be portable, easy to access Feelz. People are encouraged to use them in whatever way makes sense to them (e.g., reference, show a trusted partner, hold over area of the body where Feelz is occurring to alert others to different / discomfort, etc.). Cards can be hole punched and stored on a book ring (not included).
