We take pride in our products and hold them to a high standard of quality. We continually monitor printing and distributing processes. Shipping rates are estimated based on weight of the items ordered through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and USPS international shipping. A handling fee is attached to each order and is higher for international orders, and especially for those countries requiring additional paperwork and fees.
We (and our fulfillment company) do our best to ship in a timely fashion! Most domestic orders will be shipped and fulfilled within 3 - 7 business days. International shipping times vary.

Return & Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
We take pride in our products and hold them to a high standard of quality. We continually monitor printing and distributing processes. In the rare instance you encounter a problem related to defective materials, please let us know and we’ll replace it for free. Please note: normal wear and tear resulting from use is excluded. Email us at autismlevelupdates@gmail.com and include a description of the problem and a digital photograph. Some additional restrictions may apply.
You may return new items purchased from us for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) provided they are in brand-new, resaleable condition. Any discount received in purchasing the item(s) will be reflected in the return amount. Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded including the original cost of shipping the product out as well as the cost of shipping the product back to us.
