In the rare instance you encounter a problem related to defective materials, please let us know and we’ll replace it for free. Please note: normal wear and tear resulting from use is excluded. You may return new items purchased from us for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) provided they are in brand-new, resaleable condition.
